Terms of Service

Lumetria is an online software service (SaaS) that lets you automatically generate and publish carousels for the TikTok platform. The service is built for content creators and brands, and offers AI-assisted visual creation, scheduling, and automatic carousel publishing through TikTok's official API.

Using the service requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The service connects to your TikTok account through TikTok's official API, using an authorization (OAuth) that you explicitly grant. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your TikTok or Lumetria account settings. Lumetria uses this access solely for the purposes you have authorized (publishing and managing your carousels) and in compliance with TikTok's terms and policies.

You agree to use the service lawfully. The following are prohibited:

• sending spam or unsolicited content;
• distributing unlawful, defamatory, hateful, violent, infringing content, or content that violates third-party rights;
• any attempt to circumvent the service's security measures or to gain unauthorized access to its systems;
• reselling, sublicensing, or making the service available to third parties without authorization;
• any use that violates TikTok's terms of service.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or generate through the service. You grant us only the technical license necessary to host, process, and publish that content on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and warrant that you hold the necessary rights.

Certain features are offered through paid subscription plans. Prices and terms are shown at the time of purchase. Except where required by applicable law (such as a withdrawal right where it applies), amounts paid are non-refundable. Any subscription may be canceled according to the terms shown in your account.

We strive to keep the service continuously available but cannot guarantee it. The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control, including changes to or unavailability of the TikTok API.

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Lumetria shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of revenue, or loss of audience resulting from the use of or inability to use the service. In any event, our liability is limited to the amount you paid over the previous twelve months.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these Terms, particularly in cases of fraudulent or unlawful use.

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable regulations. You will be informed of any material change. Continuing to use the service after the new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and absent an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
