We only collect the data necessary to operate the service:

3. Connecting to TikTok and respecting its data policy
When you connect your TikTok account, we access certain information through TikTok's official API, within the limits of the permissions you grant (OAuth). The use and transfer of information received from the TikTok API comply with the platform's User Data Policy (TikTok Developer / User Data Policy), including limited-use requirements. This data is used exclusively to provide and improve the features you have enabled, and is never sold. You may revoke access at any time.
4. Use of data
Your data is used to: provide and operate the service, publish your carousels, manage your subscription and billing, ensure security, contact you about the service, and meet our legal obligations. We do not perform advertising profiling based on your content.
5. Data sharing
Your data may only be shared with:
- TikTok, to publish and manage your carousels through its API;
- our technical providers (hosting, payment, email delivery), acting as processors and bound by confidentiality;
- competent authorities, where required by law or to enforce our rights.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Data retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your use of the service, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time after your account is closed, subject to legal retention periods (notably accounting and tax obligations). TikTok data is deleted when you revoke authorization or close your account.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, secure token storage) to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your data:
